• Select up to 50 transcript and recording files together from the sidebar or New meeting dialog.
• Review each file’s meeting date, context, participant permission, agreed use, and optional save choice.
• Process files one at a time on this Mac with file and speech progress and individual failure details.
• Stop current and queued work, review unsaved transcripts temporarily, and discard a temporary transcript when permission is withdrawn.
• Fresh confirmations for every new batch. Closed or stopped queues never resume automatically. Interview detection stops the queue and exits the app immediately.

TXT, SRT, and VTT files can be up to 2 MB each. Recordings retain the 250 MB and two-hour limits. Completed authorized saves remain in your library when a queue stops. Original files are not modified.

• Keyword and semantic search, meeting and date filters, source-linked questions, and meeting highlights.
• Corrections, bookmarks, permission withdrawal, deletion, and permitted text export.
• Explicit Whisper Tiny/Base setup, optional Nomic and Qwen models, and offline processing after setup.
• Fresh participant permission and transcript-use confirmation for every recording or import, with saving as a separate choice.
• Terminal shutdown on detected interviews, with no override, resume, or automatic retry. Detection is imperfect; interview use remains prohibited.
• Bundled native runtimes, source archives, and license notices. No separate Node or Homebrew installation is needed.
